Here is the schedule for wedding day transportation:

4:00 pm - Shuttle bus arrives at Iberostar Paraiso Beach to take all guests to the venue. There is only one bus so please be on time!

10:00 pm - 12:00 am - Shuttle bus will be running between the venue and the resort for when you are ready to leave the wedding.

Guests are welcome to stay anywhere nearby that suits their budget best. Brian and I will stay at a Riviera Maya Iberostar property, at one of the tiers (listed below). Iberostar properties are an all inclusive resort near the Villa.

Please note that this Iberostar Paraíso Complex offers 5 separate resorts to choose from. There are a few different tiers within the five resorts. Each guest at Iberostar hotels receives a wristband that gives access to other Iberostars at the same or lower level. For example, guests at a Premium Gold property can visit another Premium Gold or Premium property and use the amenities, children's clubs, and restaurants. Guests at Premium properties can visit other Premium properties to use the facilities there.

These are the five resorts to look for -

Iberostar Paraíso Beach - (Premium category) is a mid-range property that shares restaurants, pools and other facilities with the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar.

Iberostar Paraíso Del Mar - (Premium category) is nearly identical to the Paraiso Beach aside from the decorative color scheme.

Iberostar Selection Paraíso Maya Suites - (Premium Gold category) is the most upscale of the family-friendly options, with its massive lobby themed like a Mayan temple. It is the only resort in the Iberostar complex with Jacuzzis in the guest rooms and elevators in the buildings.

Iberostar Selection Paraíso Lindo - (Premium Gold category) is also upscale and shares restaurants and other facilities with the Paraiso Maya. The five shared pools include a lake-style pool, lazy river, wave pool, kids' pool, and activity pool.

Iberostar Grand Paraíso - (Highest Tier for adults 18+ only)

Transportation will be available for guests from this resort to the wedding venue on the day of.

The best airport option is Cancun International Airport and it is only a 30 minute drive from the venue.

Transportation from the airport to your hotel can be provided by the hotel you choose to stay at (requires a 5 day stay). After booking you will just need to communicate with the hotel concierge to book your airport transfer.
